CBA Custom Homes was founded on providing excellent customer service. Our owner and founder, Brian Wilhelm has over 25 years’ experience in custom home construction as a carpenter and has also been a firefighter and EMT.
He knows and understands the importance of things whether it be a cat stuck in a tree or building your dream house, we want you to know you’re a priority and your needs are being met. We may not show up to build your home with spinning lights and sirens, but we will make you a priority and provide you with outstanding work that you can trust and rely on.
The appetizers:
From first contact to final walk-through and beyond, you will be provided with prompt communication, and a cheerful and helpful project management staff that wants to serve you, with professional interactions to help guide your wants and desires into the home design of your dreams. Once that is complete, your will be walked through a virtual model of your selections to see how your choices will look in their finished form and be able to make any changes before the building process begins.
The main course:
As your new home is being built, you will have exclusive 24/7 access to your project through our client portal. View progress photos, review any change orders and selections, and stay up to date with each step along the way. Your home site will be well-kept and organized with no debris cluttering the foreground of the pictures you proudly show off to your friends and family. You will feel like our only customer as we focus on completing your home, before running off to start another build and leave you feeling like an under-cooked dish.
Just desserts:
Once your project is complete, we will welcome you home with those earlier mentioned glasses of your favorite beverage on a silver platter (seriously). You’ll receive a tour of your finished dream complete with full demonstrations on new appliances and features along with a final satisfaction check-off before you celebrate your new home in peace. On top of that, we will provide warranty inspections at 3, 6, 12 and 24 months to resolve any unlikely, but occasional issues that could arise. We look forward to serving you!
